Double-Blind Peer Review

All manuscripts submitted to the European Journal of Agricultural Sciences undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of scientific quality and integrity.

Review Stages

1. Initial Screening: The editorial office checks for completeness, scope, and adherence to author guidelines (1-3 days)
2. Editor Assignment: The Editor-in-Chief assigns the manuscript to an Associate Editor with relevant expertise
3. Reviewer Selection: The Associate Editor selects 2-3 qualified reviewers
4. Review Period: Reviewers evaluate the manuscript (3-4 weeks)
5. Editorial Decision: Based on reviewer recommendations, one of the following decisions is communicated:
   • Accept without revision
   • Minor revision required
   • Major revision required
   • Reject

Timeline
