Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the following guidelines to ensure smooth processing and review.
General Format
- Manuscripts should be written in English (British or American spelling, but consistent throughout)
- Use Microsoft Word (.docx) format
- A4 page size with 2.5 cm margins on all sides
- Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced
- Pages should be numbered consecutively
Manuscript Structure
Research articles should follow the IMRAD format:
- Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author details
- Abstract: Structured abstract of 200-300 words
- Keywords: 4-6 keywords
- Introduction: Background, objectives, hypothesis
- Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology
- Results: Clear presentation of findings
- Discussion: Interpretation of results
- Conclusions: Key findings and implications
- References: APA 7th edition format
Figures and Tables
- High-resolution figures (minimum 300 DPI)
- Tables should be editable (not images)
- Each figure and table should have a descriptive caption
References
References should follow APA 7th edition format. Use a reference management tool (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote) for accuracy.
