Author Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the following guidelines to ensure smooth processing and review.

General Format

• Manuscripts should be written in English (British or American spelling, but consistent throughout)
• Use Microsoft Word (.docx) format
• A4 page size with 2.5 cm margins on all sides
• Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced
• Pages should be numbered consecutively

Manuscript Structure

Research articles should follow the IMRAD format:

1. Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author details
2. Abstract: Structured abstract of 200-300 words
3. Keywords: 4-6 keywords
4. Introduction: Background, objectives, hypothesis
5. Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology
6. Results: Clear presentation of findings
7. Discussion: Interpretation of results
8. Conclusions: Key findings and implications
9. References: APA 7th edition format

Figures and Tables

• High-resolution figures (minimum 300 DPI)
• Tables should be editable (not images)
• Each figure and table should have a descriptive caption

References

References should follow APA 7th edition format. Use a reference management tool (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote) for accuracy.
